Celora Vita is an injectable skin-quality treatment designed to support hydration, skin texture and overall radiance. At our clinic we use it for clients who want a refreshed, healthier-looking complexion and improvement in fine, superficial lines or crepey texture—without adding volume or changing facial shape. It can be a good option if your skin feels dehydrated, looks dull, or you're noticing early signs of ageing and you'd like a subtle, progressive improvement. Celora Vita may be used on areas such as the face, neck and décolletage (subject to consultation and suitability). It isn't suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active infection or inflamed skin condition in the area to be treated, or have a known allergy to any of the ingredients (we'll go through this in your consultation). A typical appointment takes around 60 minutes, including consultation, consent, treatment and aftercare advice. A course is often recommended for best results, with maintenance tailored to your skin goals.
Celora Vita is Dermafocus's own-brand amino acid injectable, launched in the UK in 2026. It's designed to deliver amino acid building blocks intended to support the skin's own regeneration process at a dermal level.

What Happens During Treatment
You'll arrive for a consultation where we discuss your goals, review your medical history and confirm suitability. With your consent, we will take standardised photographs for your confidential record. Your skin is cleansed and disinfected, and topical numbing cream can be used if needed. Celora Vita is then placed using multiple small, superficial injections across the selected treatment area. You may notice small raised bumps immediately afterwards—this is expected and usually settles as the product disperses. We'll check the area before you leave, talk through what to expect over the next few days, provide written aftercare, and agree your recommended treatment course and follow-up schedule.
Expected Results
Results are typically gradual, with improvements in hydration, glow and skin smoothness developing over the following days to weeks.
How long results may last: Depending on your skin and the plan agreed, many clients opt for an initial course of sessions followed by maintenance treatments every 3–6 months (timing varies by individual and lifestyle).
Downtime & Recovery
Downtime is usually minimal. Common short-term effects include redness, mild swelling, tenderness, small bumps at injection points, and occasional bruising. These usually settle within 24–72 hours, although bruising can last longer. Most clients return to normal routines the same day or the day after.

- Occasional bruising — usually settling within 24–72 hours, though bruising can last longer
Risks
- Bruising, prolonged swelling or local tenderness
- Unevenness or lumpiness, inflammatory reactions, or infection
- As with any injectable treatment, there is a rare but serious risk of vascular occlusion — urgent assessment is required for severe pain, blanching, mottling or colour change, blistering, worsening swelling, or any visual symptoms.
Contraindications
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Active skin infection, including cold sores in the treatment area
- Significant active inflammation in the treatment area

Aftercare
For the first 24 hours, keep the area clean and avoid touching, rubbing or massaging. Avoid makeup for 12 hours (or as advised), and avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, saunas/steam rooms and very hot showers for 24–48 hours to minimise swelling and bruising. Use gentle skincare for 48 hours and avoid retinoids, strong acids and exfoliants on the treated area until any redness has settled. Avoid facials, massage, microneedling, chemical peels and energy-based treatments on the area for 1–2 weeks (we'll advise based on your plan). Apply daily SPF. Contact us urgently if you develop spreading redness/heat, discharge, blistering, significant colour change, severe pain, or any eye symptoms.
