Complaints Process

We want every client to feel confident and well cared for. If something has not met your expectations, please tell us — we take every concern seriously.

How to raise a concern

Complaints must be submitted in writing, by email to Rafique.aesthetics@gmail.com. Please include your name, the treatment or appointment concerned, and as much detail as possible.

What happens next

We aim to fully respond to your complaint within 14 working days of receiving it. If we need longer — for example, to look into what happened in more detail — we will let you know and keep you updated on progress.

If you are not satisfied with our response

Our treating practitioner is a Registered Nurse regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). If your concern relates to their fitness to practise as a registered nurse — for example a serious safety or professional-conduct issue, not a general service complaint — you can raise it directly with the NMC at nmc.org.uk. For most complaints, we would ask that you contact us first so we have the chance to put things right directly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this process from time to time. Last reviewed 18 September 2026.
